About ASA REHAB
ASA REHAB has been founded to help patients and their families who suffer from illnesses, injuries or traumas, in the process of their recovery. Our mission is to:
- Assist clients and their families to manage the issues related to client’s condition
- Provide education, recommendations and information to increase safe and independent functionality.
- Recommend assistive devices to enable the patients to function safely and independently, and
- Encourage positive health behaviors, rebuild abilities and reintegrate individuals in the community
Why ASA REHAB
ASA REHAB provides home/work place based Assessment and Treatment services to:
- Individuals injured by motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, Workplace injuries or other incidents
- Patients in transitioning from hospitals back into the community,
- Seniors experiencing difficulty in their daily living activities
- Adults and seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive impairment, and physical, mental and behavioral changes
